We hope you had an enjoyable winter break! Winter term begins on Monday, January 6.

What’s New for the Winter term and the New Year?

Student Services is looking for students from all programs to participate in the Associated Student Body (http://www.uws.edu/community/get-involved/). Interested students can contact studentservices@uws.edu to volunteer to serve or get more information.

If you haven’t already, we encourage you to check out the new UWS ServiceHub, a centralized location for service requests (IT troubleshooting requests) and many self-help articles to answer frequently asked questions.

College of Graduate Studies students will see a new “Course Policies and Guidelines” page linked from every course. We encourage everyone to review this page at your earliest opportunity as it contains important information about how to be successful in your graduate courses.

We have also removed the navigation block from all Graduate Studies courses except from HNFM courses. This block was formerly on the right-hand side and provided links to all course activities. The navigation block has the same functionality as the navigation drawer on the left-hand side of all your courses and we encourage you to use this built-in tool instead.

And finally, this will be the last term at our new campus. We will miss the beautiful green spaces but look forward to all being together under one roof at the new campus! Check out our facilities planning page for more details about the move.

Best wishes for a successful and productive Winter term!
